Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Free Shipping:  We offer free shipping on all Cooling, Fans, and Cases products within the United States.

 

Estimated delivery times:

United States:3–7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

 

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping.
